Molo owner Riccardo Bernabei is letting the availability of exceptional produce totally guide the menu.
Woolloomooloo’s fine dining seafood restaurant, Manta, is joined this month by a new pop-up aperitivo wine bar.
There’s no better way to while away an afternoon than spending it by the water with a vino in one hand and tasty Aperitivo in the other. Lucky for you, Manta has heard your calls (and ours); launching their new pop-up Italian Aperitivo wine bar MOLO, right on the trendy Woolloomooloo wharf.
Straight up: MOLO is turning out some of the best Italian fare we’ve had in Sydney. Located on the wharf at Woolloomooloo, the new aperitivo wine bar is part of fine diner Manta — it’s technically a pop-up, but one that’s meant to stick around long-term.
Allow me to set the scene for you guys—I’m sitting at MOLO Bar down by Woolloomooloo’s Cowper Wharf, I’m eating caviar, and sipping champagne like an extra in a Ja Rule music video. Not bad for an arts graduate, huh?…
