Begin your night at MOLO with waterfront views of Sydney’s famous Woolloomooloo Wharf. Our bartenders will be pouring Aperols and Australia’s finest wines, as well as shaking up luxurious cocktails to set the mood for your evening of extravagance.

Have a bite to eat from our bar menu, including De Palma salami and prosciutto, fresh buffalo milk burrata, Black Caviar, and freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters.
